Guild Rules and Standards
In order to have a sucessful Guild with a family atmosphere we needed to set some guidelines. These rules and standards should be upheld and enforced at all times. If any member of the Guild has an issue with an Officer feel free to talk to the Guild leader about it. Those conversations will be kept confidential if desired by the member. If a mamber has an issue with another member they may speak to any officer about it they choose to. Officers have the right to remove members from the Guild if they see fit. Only the Guild leader can remove an officer from the guild.
1.) Members and Officers must remain active players. Any member that does not logon to the game within a 3 consecutive week period will be removed from the in-game guild roster. The reason for this is that there is a 100 person limit to each guild, so for the sake of our members we will only retain active players on the guild roster. We will however, maintain your guild membership here on the forum. As fellow gamers, we realize that there are other games and interests that can pull you away from us, but know that you are always welcome to return. So when you logon after a period of inactivity feel free to contact any officer in game and we will gladly send you an invite. You may however loose any seniority or officer status you had acquired, unless you made prior arrangements with one of the officers.
2.) Members of the Guild that wish to participate in GVG or guild related PVP absolutley MUST be logged into Ventrilo while doing so.
3.) There will be no fighting, argueing, begging, whining, or disrespectful behavoir tolerated from any member or officer. Remember how we act in the game reflects on the guild as a whole.
4.) As it seems there are people in this game that go from guild to guild begging for whatever they can get for free. I am going to involk a no tolerence for beggers rule. If you ask for something and are told "No" Do Not Ask Again ! Be advised if you beg or ask a third time it is grounds for Termination of your Guild Status. You will find yourself removed from the Guild, this website, and our Ventrilo server.
Guild Officer Requirements
1.) Minimum of 1 month of continuous active service on an almost daily basis.
2.) Minimum of 1 character that is level 20, Ascended and Infused.
3.) Ventrillo client installed for both helping other guild members as well as GVG or PVP if they choose to.
4.) Helping new members to level and learn their characters so they may grow with the game as well.
5.) Regular activity and posting to our website Forums will also help with recognition and promotion within this Guild.
6.) In general acting and playing responsibly and maturely will gain you alot of respect within the Guild as well as throughout life in general. Nobody wants to take orders or even listen to a person that acts like a child even if they are.
Other Suggestions
Although these thing are not rules I wanted to point them out to everyone. We have this website and do not appear to be taking advantage of it. This web site is hosted on a major webhosting company located in Baltimore, Maryland. Our web host was rated #1 for the past several years in the entire world for relabuility and support. We have our own MySQL Databases and PHP services running on a Unix based Apache web server. I believe this site can be used not only for a communcation between guild members but as a source of information to all the players in the game. We have a restricted area that only guild members can see but we also have a public area as well. I also believe if your serious into gaming or want to get the most enjoyment out of playing a game online you need to take advantage of Voice Chat while in game. It is for that reason I pay for our Ventrilo server which is actually privately hosted in Houston Texas. We actually have the highest quality voice chat services available for gamers to use and enjoy. These services are clearer and more reliable then the competitions TeamSpeak can offer.
